Privacy policy

Hawaii Mapping respects your privacy and keeps things simple. This website collects only what it needs to respond to you and to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Contact form. When you submit the contact form, the details you provide — such as your name, email, phone, and message — are delivered to us by email through our form provider (Web3Forms) so we can reply. We use them only to respond to your inquiry.
• Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool that reports anonymous, aggregate traffic (page views and general trends). It does not track you across sites or build a profile of you — which is why this site shows no cookie banner.
• Security and server data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site.
• Visit notifications. So we can respond quickly, the site sends us a private real-time alert when a page is viewed — containing the page address, the referring link, and an approximate location (city or region) derived from your IP at that moment. It uses no cookies, stores nothing about you, isn't tied to your identity, and is never used for advertising. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal, we skip this entirely.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, to operate and secure the website, and to understand site usage in aggregate so we can improve it. We do not use your information for advertising.

How we share information

We do not sell your information and we do not run advertising trackers. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate this site — Web3Forms (to deliver contact-form messages) and Cloudflare (hosting, security, and cookieless analytics) — and as required by law.

Data retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and conduct business, then delete them. You can ask us to delete information you've sent at any time.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you've submitted to us. Email info@hawaiimapping.com and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
