Cookie policy

In short: this website sets no cookies. On September 18, 2026 we opened every page in a fresh browser and not one cookie appeared, from our code or from Cloudflare, and nothing was saved to local storage.

The one thing kept in your browser

The first page you open in a tab writes a single entry to that tab's session storage, named hrs_visit_pinged with the value 1. It records that the visit notice described on our privacy page has already gone out for this tab, so a second one is not sent. It holds nothing about you, other sites cannot read it, and the browser throws it away when the tab closes. With Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track switched on, it is never written.

Cookies other companies could set

• Cloudflare, which serves the site, can add a security cookie of its own, such as __cf_bm or cf_clearance, when it has to check that a visitor is a person and not a bot. Cloudflare classes these as strictly necessary. None was set in our check.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits, uses no cookies, by Cloudflare's own account, and none turned up.
• Our Printful storefront is a separate site. Its banner says it relies on essential cookies, under Printful's cookie policy.
• LinkedIn and the other sites we link to set their own once you arrive there.

Controlling them

Any browser can block or clear cookies and stored site data in its settings. Clearing ours changes nothing, since there are none. Blocking Cloudflare's security cookie could keep a check page from letting you through, if one ever appears.
